My career progression has been steady, and I have taken on a range of roles, from Business Start-up Investor and Management to Business Development and Coaching, Project Management, Sales Management, Software Development Management (Full Cycle Software Development), and EU Certified Trainee. I am proficient in every aspect of software development, from design and development to deployment and support. As a leader, I am assertive and quick in motivating my team to produce successful results, using Just-In-Time (JIT) techniques to deliver projects on time and within budget. I am a confident speaker, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. I am passionate about adding value to companies and delivering results that benefit their business.
